Serious Games @ Home: Setting Up A Better Space for Learning

I had just started to set up a dedicated room to my Serious Games play, entirely segregated from other home spaces - the living room, the home-office, the home-theater, the kid's room, etc. - when I suddenly realized that this part of the house may well become the whole family's "Learning Space".

My original "Serious Games Room" value proposition was to "integrate" both my R&D and gameplay activities in one sole physical space. However, I soon realized that this approach goes against all I've been futuring for Serious Games transformative power in education.

I'm therefore "re-positioning" the space to give my family an alternative way to learn and play, or play-to-learn, in a re-designed environment.
